About Jinja Progressive Academy

Jinja Progressive Academy (JIPRA) is one of Uganda’s leading secondary schools, committed to nurturing academically excellent, morally upright, and socially responsible young people. Since its establishment in 2003, JIPRA has grown into a respected center of learning that serves students from across Uganda and beyond.

Founded under the visionary leadership of Haji Kitezaala Swaibu, the school was established with a mission to provide quality, affordable, and value-based education that empowers learners to become productive citizens and future leaders.

Over the years, JIPRA has built a strong reputation for academic excellence, discipline, leadership development, and holistic student growth. The school offers both Ordinary Level (O-Level) and Advanced Level (A-Level) education, preparing students for higher education and professional careers in various fields.

Since 2003, JIPRA has remained committed to empowering young minds with knowledge, values, and skills for lifelong success.
